EGG Construction of Silver Spring, MD outfitted a full courtyard, patio entrance and storage area with contemporary gate hardware by Forever Hardware.
The primary courtyard entrance utilizes a functional exterior door passage set (tubular prep) for a tighter reveal on the door edge lines. The smaller safety gate and storage area utilizes the surface mount case latches which are spring loaded for that comfortable click. The longer T Hinges help accommodate the width of the doors while adding to the overall aesthetic as well. All hardware shown here is in Midnight black finish.
Note that the installation of the gate stops are in the perfect spot to ensure a long lasting latch set!
