This Sliding Aluminum Bahama Shutter Hardware Kit by Lynn Cove Foundry includes all you need to hang 1 Bahama Shutter and keep open with a pair of Adjustable Length 22"-34" Bermuda Shutter Stays.

Extruded Aluminum Sliding Bahama Shutter Hinge Set:

• Extruded Aluminum Sliding Bahama Shutter Hinge Set - Powder Coat White
• 48" Long - Field Cut To Length
• FASTENERS NOT INCLUDED
• FASTENER HOLES NOT PRE-DRILLED - Field Drill to Suit
• Set consists of 2 components - when combined, assembly provides 1 1/2" gap from surface (see diagram below for typical installation)
• Traditional installation mounts bar to face of shutter

INSTALLATION SUGGESTIONS:

• Hinge Set will support a shutter weight of up to 200 lbs.
• Structure Hinge - Recommend a screw along the length mounting to the structure every 9” with at least 2” of penetration
• Shutter Hinge - Recommend a screw along the length mounting to the shutter every 12” with at least 3/4” penetration
• The structure & shutter hinge center-line is marked with small groove for fastener positioning
