Rolling Barn Door Hardware Kit

This wrought iron overhead flat track rolling door hardware kit includes all necessary components to hang 1 door. This kit is a designer smooth wheel carrier design with a 8' overhead flat track with a 1 3/8" standoff in brown rust, dark bronze, flat black or red rust powder coat finish.

Track Door Kit Includes:

  • (1) 8' Flat Track Smooth - (See Diagram Below)
  • (2) Smooth Round End Wheel and Hanger Assemblies - Wheel is Sealed Bearing
  • (6) 1 3/8" Wall Stand-Offs with mounting lag screws
  • (2) End Stops
  • (1) Alternate End Stop Location Mounting Kit
  • (1) Anti-Jump Block Kit (2 blocks with mounting screws)
  • (1) Door Bottom Stabilizer Kit (2 Stabilizers with mounting screws)

Weight limits assume proper installation of Track mounted securely to building's structural framework.

ENSURING SAFE BARN DOOR TRACK INSTALLATION:

Flat Track Hardware systems can fail, causing serious injury or even death if not installed properly. Flat Track Hardware should be installed and connected through the drywall (or other wall surface) to inner wood framing, beams, headers, and/or other structural parts of the building. Exception: May be installed to outer wood beams, headers, etc. that are part of the existing structure or are securely fastened to inner structural parts.

DO NOT install Flat Track Hardware solely on drywall or other wallboard surface as these surfaces will not support the Track. Every Track mounting screw used in the installation process needs to be securely fastened into a structural surface.

If you have any questions about ensuring a safe installation, we suggest you consult with a local professional capable of providing an onsite inspection/review prior to installation or contracted to install for you.

Please have all dimensions and specifications prepared for all components prior to contacting us for custom options.
