It's so well made and beautiful! And it looks great on my great-grandmother's china hutch with curved glass. My mother received the hutch, painted black. She stripped it, only to find out there was very little grain so she did a faux grain stain. It was okay but I remembered how stunning the hutch was when it came to us painted black. So when my parents passed, I received the hutch, and just finished painting it matte black again. I wanted the back-plate to hide the hole where there once was a key/lock, and it covered it well. So thrilled!!!!
