This paintable 24" x 30" louvered A/C air return grille cover is made from New Zealand pine and a super-strong 9-ply Baltic birch plywood louver frame. All are primed and ready to paint. Using superior craftsmanship with tongue-and-grove construction and glued at every joint, our grilles won’t warp, bend or break.

• Engineered to ensure proper airflow and constructed to last for years
• Two-Part Assembly - Removable wooden grille that fits inside a standard-sized metal frame (included)
• Grille comes with a heavy-duty 26-gauge 3” deep metal frame that fits in your return-air opening flush to the wall without the need for tools or special skills
• Will hold standard size 1" air filters (not included)
• Patented locking system provides a secure installation and simple operation for filter replacement, duct cleaning or inspection – all with no moving or visible hardware
